To understand Rolandi’s, one must first meet our founder:

Sandro Müller Rolandi was born in Lugano, on the border between Switzerland and Italy, into a family dedicated for generations to hospitality and fine dining.

After moving to Cancun in 1979, Sandro founded the first Rolandi’s in Cozumel, later establishing our landmark location on Av. Cobá in Cancun. This became his home and the place where he would continue his family's enduring legacy.

What began as a family dream has grown into a local culinary landmark.
